The source code is avaible as a tarball and be download here [1]

The latest version has also been modified to estimate and take into account inbreeding. This can be found here [2]
Install
Unpack the tarball
Unix
The software can be compiled using make
cd angsd0.4471 make
zlib needs to be installed on your system.
