Install

Unpack the tarball

Unix

The software can be compiled using make

wget http://popgen.dk/software/download/angsd/angsd0.538.tar.gz
tar xfz angsd0.538.tar.gz
cd angsd0.538
make
cd ..

zlib needs to be installed on your system.

Or users that wants to try the latest version (where there might be bugs).

wget http://popgen.dk/software/download/angsd/angsd0.548.tar.gz
tar xfz angsd0.548.tar.gz
cd angsd0.548
make
cd ..
