ANGSD: Analysis of next generation Sequencing Data
The functionality of the subprogram 'sfstools' is now included in the main angsd program. Program is still available in the misc/deprecated/ subdir. We are (still) in the process of updating the wiki/program, sorry for any inconsistencies for the next couple of days.
