The latest version of the source code is avaible as a tarball and be download here [1]

An earlier version has been modified (by Filipe Vieira) to estimate and take into account inbreeding for some analysis. This version has not been tested and validated.

The inbreeding version can be found here [2].

Install

Unpack the tarball

Unix

The software can be compiled using make

wget http://popgen.dk/software/download/angsd/angsd0.522b.tar.gz
tar xfz angsd0.522.tar.gz
cd angsd0.522
make
cd ..

zlib needs to be installed on your system.
