Installation

The source code is avaible as a tarball and be download here [1]

The latest version has also been modified to estimate and take into account inbreeding. This version has not been tested and validated as extensively as the noinbreeding version. The inbreeding version can be found here [2].
Install
Unpack the tarball
Unix
The software can be compiled using make
cd angsd0.4471 make
zlib needs to be installed on your system.
